Cannot complete with Signup or Login?
Please check that you have an active internet connection or check that you have entered the correct email address for your account.

Make sure you are logging into Kross Komics using the same method and information you used to signup originally.
Change your nickname?
Your nickname can be changed at any time in My Page > Settings > Change Nickname

You can also change your nickname by tapping on the edit icon next to your nickname on My Page
Change your password?

If you signed up on Kross Komics with an email and password, you can request a password reset link in My Page > Settings > Change Password

Password reset is only valid for Kross Komics email and password accounts. If you signed up through SNS, there is no verification to reset your password in Kross Komics.
Forgot your password?
If you signed up on Kross Komics with an email and password, you can request a password reset link in My Page > Log In > Login > Forgot Password?

Didn’t receive a reset link via email?

You didn’t receive the reset email from us? Check your Spam or Junk Folder.

Be sure to whitelist and add Kross Komics to your address book to prevent future emails going to spam or junk folder.
Or please double-check your email address to receive the reset email again.
How do I delete my Kross Komics account?
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your information along with your purchased cash and webtoons.

1) Visit My Page > Setting
2) Tap Delete Account
3) Read the resulting confirmation message, then tap ‘Confirm’
